Comparison of the physical fitness of pupils in small-class schools in ZŠ Benecko and ZŠ Štěpanice, ZŠ Moravec and ŽŠ Vraňany

Title: Comparison of the physical fitness of pupils in small-class schools in Benecko Elementary School, Štěpanice Elementary School, Moravec Elementary School and Vraňany Elementary School Goal of this project: The goal of this study is to compare the physical fitness of first-grade pupils in selected small-class schools in various regions in the Czech Republic and to compare their performance with the population norm in accordance with the UNIFITTEST (6-60). Method: The UNIFITTEST (6-60) standardized test has been used for the research, which serves for the assessment of the development of basic motoric skills. In total, 115 pupils have been tested in four (4) small-class elementary schools. Frequency analysis in Microsoft Excel 2016 has been used for the data analysis. Findings: The results have shown that the selected schools are on average in the overall evaluation of all disciplines according to the ten-point norm of the UNIFITTEST test (6-60) ranging from 5 to 6.5 points per pupil. After summing up, evaluating, and comparing all the tested disciplines in each of the schools, Elementary school Benecko reached the best score with an average of 6.5 points per pupil. Title of the thesis: Teacher's confidence in pedagogical self-efficacy in the integration of disabled pupils into psychical education in the Písek district The aim of the thesis: The main aim of the thesis was to examine teachers in the Písek district in their skills of integrating pupils with selected types of disabilities (mental, physical and visual) into school physical education. The secondary aim was comparing the self-efficacy in selected groups of teachers. Methods: As a part of the exploratory research was used the SE-PETE-D questionnaire with a modified 4th demographic part. The research was realized between January and April 2022 and was attended by 32 teachers of physical education from elementary schools in the Písek district. The respondents were 19 women and 13 men in the age range of 24-72 years. Descriptive statistics was used to process the results. Results: In the examined sample of teachers, research showed an average level of self-efficacy 3,39 on a scale from 1 to 5. The highest self-efficacy of teachers was demonstrated in the case of mental disability, this was smaller in the case of physical disability and the smallest confidence in their competence had teachers in integrating visually impaired pupils. Title: Prevention of poor posture and muscle imbalances of pupils in the 1st grade of elementary school - questionnaire survey Objectives: Finding the frequency of use of the means of preventing poor posture and muscle imbalances in elementary schools in the South Bohemian Region. Methods: I used a quantitative method, a questionnaire, which contained 22 questions, to develop the research in the diploma thesis. I sent the questionnaire by e-mail to the management of 250 schools in the South Bohemian Region with a request to resent it to 1st grade teachers. The questionnaire contained closed, semi-closed and open questions. A total of 92 completed questionnaires were returned. I processed the questionnaires into graphs and evaluated the individual answers. Based on the evaluated answers, I answered my research questions. Results: The results of the questionnaire survey showed that 32.6% of teachers in the South Bohemian Region regularly engage in compensatory exercise, which includes stretching and strengthening exercises, every PA lesson. According to my survey, only 29.3% of teachers add physical education moments to their lessons regularly every day. Analysis of conditions for physical education in primary schools in České Budějovice

This diploma thesis analyses physical education conditions at primary schools in České Budějovice. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the development of physical education and sporting facilities in the Czech Republic, the development of education in České Budějovice, the didactic of school physical education and its conditions, and lastly, it deals with the norms for the physical education and sport. The aim of this thesis was to determine and compare the material conditions for the physical education in individual schools. The thesis deals with the schools lying in the current local city territory of České Budějovice. It concerns seventeen state schools and one church school. The obtained information was confronted with the maximum authorized capacity of pupils and the recommended urban indicators, together with the total area of the inside and outside physical education facilities calculated in square meters. The collected data was used to create relevant tables and graphs. This thesis can serve as an overview primarily for the school's establishers, alternatively as a basis for the justification of the sporting facilities renovation or enlargement proposals in individual schools. The aim of the thesis is to identify and compare material conditions for physical education in elementary schools in České Budějovice.
Analysis of conditions for physical education in secondary schools in České Budějovice

This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of material conditions for physical education at selected secondary schools in České Budějovice. The theoretical overview of knowledge was obtained after a proper content analysis, which deals with the development of education and physical education, didactics of school physical education and its conditions and an overview of standards for physical education and sport. The aim of the work was to analyze and compare the material conditions for physical education at selected secondary schools located in the cadastral area of České Budějovice. The main information was obtained on the basis of passportization protocols, which were sent to schools in the spring of 2021. The work was targeted at thirteen state schools and one church school. From the obtained information, a detailed analysis was performed and a systematic overview was prepared. subsequently, the data on material and technical conditions were compared with the urban indicator. Tables and graphs were made from this data. This diploma thesis can serve as an overview for the founders of schools, or as a basis for justifying the proposal to expand or reconstruct physical education facilities in these schools.

Methods: In this bachelor thesis has been using elektronic survey. This method was used to collect and evaluate necessary data. Results: School physical education uses elements of rhythmic gymnastics on secondary school in Prague. Teachers of physical education classified exercise with music and exercise with equipment to the school physical education. Emotional reactions of young people to school physical education

Title: Emotional reactions of young people to school physical education Objectives: The main objective of this work is to determine and compare the emotional reactions of pupils during the sport lessons on secondary schools. We focus on the seventh and eighth graders, boys and girls at the age from twelve to fourteen. The goal is to statistically process and compare the results between the genders and between schools in urban and rural areas. Determine the reliability and internal consistency of the items from the individual factors in the selected DEMOR questionnaire. Evaluate the determined data in synoptic tables and graphs. Methods: The method of questioning was used in this work. To meet the objectives we analysed the responses obtained from the DEMOR questionnaire. Through this survey, it is possible to record the emotional reactions of the pupils and their perceptions of experiences they had to get information about the climate during physical education lessons. The survey was conducted on twelve secondary schools in rural and urban areas in the Karlovy Vary region. Results: The results indicate that, positive feelings prevail in current physical education classes. We found only a very slight difference in positive and negative feelings among the schools in rural and urban areas....

Title: Relationships between physical education, sport and pupils at the elementary schools Aims: The master thesis deals with social survey at elementary school. The aims are to find out what relation have children to the physical education at elementary school in Prague 9 and how are they aware of the sport in general. Methods: In the master thesis was applied method of written questionnaire a method of colloquy The data were obtained from the written questionnaires and the data were verify by personal colloquy . The data were processed by statistical methods then and the results were made by graphs and by frequency distribution tables. Results: Results of a written questionnaire showed that the sport over twenty years has changed, but football has traditionally remained in the first place.
